Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase – Christmas Party & Musical Event

1. Ticket Categories

– Adult Ticket: Valid for individuals aged 13 years and over.

– Child Ticket: Valid for individuals aged 6–12 years.

– Children Under 6: Children aged 5 and under may enter free of charge but will not be allocated individual seats. They must sit on the lap of their accompanying adult guardian.

If a separate seat is desired for a child under 6, a child ticket must be purchased.

2. Supervision and Conduct

All individuals under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children do not roam freely, approach the stage, lighting, or sound systems, and remain in their seats.

Attendees are expected to treat others respectfully and ensure everyone can enjoy the event.

3. Alcohol and Smoking

No Outside Alcohol: Bringing alcohol into the venue is strictly prohibited.

Age Restriction: Only individuals aged 18 or over may purchase or consume alcohol. Proof of age may be requested.

No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside the venue.

4. Photography, Filming, and Media

Commercial or professional videography/photography is not permitted without prior written consent.

Attendees may appear in photos or video recordings taken during the event for promotional, publicity, or security purposes.

By attending, you consent to such use.

5. Food and Allergies

Guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, etc.) should inform the Organizer in advance and consult venue catering staff as needed.

While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Attendees with severe allergies are advised to take necessary personal precautions.

6. Ticket Purchase and Admission

A valid ticket is required for entry.

Please check your ticket details upon purchase — mistakes cannot always be corrected later. Duplicate tickets cannot be reissued.

The Organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or conduct security checks for safety reasons.

Proof of age may be requested for ticket verification.

7. Refunds, Resales, and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless:

1. The event is cancelled by the Organizer (in which case a full refund, including booking fees, will be provided within 14 days), or
2. The event is rescheduled, in which case ticket holders may choose to retain, exchange, or request a refund (excluding optional or third-party transaction fees).

In the event of a genuine personal emergency (e.g. illness, family emergency), tickets may be resold through the Organizer for a refund, subject to a 20% administrative fee. Refunds after resale will be processed within 14 days.

8. Event Changes and Cancellations

If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, we will notify attendees via the contact details provided at the time of booking.

The Organizer is not liable for indirect costs (e.g. travel, accommodation, or childcare) resulting from any event change or cancellation.

9. Behaviour and Removal Policy

Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk — without refund.

Examples include harassment, property damage, or non-compliance with venue rules.

10. Personal Property

The Organizer and venue operator are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

11. Animals

Only registered guide, assistance, or hearing dogs are permitted inside the venue.

12. Health & Safety

The Event will comply with the latest UK Government and Public Health England safety guidelines in effect at the time.

Attendees must follow any safety instructions from venue or event staff.

13. Liability Limitation

The Organizer and venue operator accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence or breach of legal duty.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
